​Michael Warren, lead guitar and vocalist to Hard Knocks n’ Country, is proving that his country roots run very deep in Snohomish County. Originally from Bothell and now serving in a local police department, he is becoming known as a local performer and is set to drop his first single, The More You Drink, on June 5th.

Besides transparency, the Institute cites increased civility, the concept that citizen compliance is increased and less complaints lodged against law enforcement once the additional level of surveillance is disclosed. Quicker resolution is noted as well, as a nod to faster resolution to citizen complaints and lawsuits pertaining to excessive force. The body worn cameras can also supply additional evidence to ongoing investigations and be a rich source for training materials.
